INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Open with Microsoft Word 2007

  2. Go to File Menu and select "Print"

  3. Under your print option, select 4 pages per sheet.

  4. Under finish options, select "Print both sides"

  5. Once printed, cut each page in half.

  6. Place pages in numerical order.

  7. Staple center and fold.
