To the Sumter Composite Squadron,
You may have already received notification of the Cyber Patriot competition, a contest that educates cadets in defense of our nation's computer/ internet systems. As a veteran of many cyber-battlefields, I think this would be a fun learning experience for our squadron. If anyone is interested in learning more about this, the link for it on the CAP national website is here: http://members.gocivilairpatrol.com/cadet_programs/activities/cyber_patriot/
I am also attaching the official flyer to this message. Let me know by email or phone if you want to organize the squadron to get involved.
Sincerely,C/CMSgt Jared Buniel
To the Sumter Composite Squadron,
Due to a previous commitment that we had prior to this week, my family and I will be unable to attend the drill practice this Saturday. However, this is the type of thing that our squadron needs, and I encourage those of you who have no other plans to take advantage of this opportunity. In whatever way you choose to spend it, have a great Resurrection Day weekend! See you next Tuesday!-C/CMSgt Jared Buniel
This Fifth Tuesday went very well. I was glad to see everyone pitch in with both set-up and clean-up, and all the guests that our members brought. That sort of initiative is what will keep our squadron going for years to come. I thank and congratulate every one of you.
Don't forget to get your blues dry-cleaned and ironed for next week. I look forward to seeing each of you then.
C/CMSgt Buniel, Jared
Cadet Commander, MER-SC-075
